ABOUT
D. Robert Stepanian
FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Entrepreneur, investor and capital-markets executive with more than 35 years of experience building, financing and advising businesses across real estate, private capital and technology.
Robert began his career at Prudential-Bache Securities and later served as Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Real Estate at Oberon Securities, a boutique investment bank. He went on to serve as Chief Investment Officer of a Michigan-based family office and as Managing Partner of Greenwich Strategic Capital, where he arranged commercial and residential debt. He has also advised family offices and private investors on off-market commercial real estate.
As Co-Founder and Director of Capital Markets at U.S. Home Aggregation, he helped build a platform that acquired and managed approximately 1,000 single-family rental homes across the Southeast during the institutionalization of the SFR industry.
Today Robert leads DRS Capital PB, the management platform through which he oversees strategy, capital and operations for each of its affiliated companies. He is Co-Founder and CEO of 3D-PB, an autonomous construction platform built on robotics, artificial intelligence and advanced materials. He also oversees IQ Core, home of ConstructIQ and LendIQ, as well as DRS Commodities and Promotional Concepts, the branding company he founded in college. His focus is on technologies and business models capable of transforming large, fragmented industries.
A graduate of Bentley University, Robert lives in Palm Beach and is an avid outdoorsman and vintage car enthusiast.
