We lead investments across the capital stack, including Co-GP equity, bridge lending, construction financing, and mezzanine debt. Our focus is on transactions up to $100MM, though we have the ability to bring in strategic partners for larger opportunities. We prioritize deals where we can serve as a principal and we invest across a diverse range of real estate asset classes, both domestically and internationally.
