D. Robert Stepanian

D. Robert Stepanian is a seasoned capital markets professional with over 37 years of experience in real estate investment, private capital advisory, and strategic business development. He most recently served as Director of Capital Markets and Co-Founder of US Home Aggregation, where he led fundraising, deal evaluation and platform development for the acquisition, renovation and rental of single-family homes across the Southeastern United States. In 2021, after assembling a portfolio of nearly 1,000 homes and creating substantial shareholder value, Robert and his team successfully exited the platform through a sale to an institutional buyer.

Prior to that, Robert was Chief Investment Officer for a Michigan-based family office with a focus on real estate investments, and previously served as a buy-side advisor to family offices and private investors targeting off-market commercial assets in major U.S. cities. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Vice President at Oberon Securities, a boutique investment bank, where he co-headed the real estate group and originated transactions across multiple sectors including consumer products, technology, and renewables.

Robert also served as Managing Partner at Greenwich Strategic Capital, LLC, where he advised on both commercial and residential debt placements and consulted to growth-stage companies. He began his career at Prudential Bache Securities, and over the years has founded and operated several companies spanning marketing and branding, manufacturing, importing, and technology.

With a deep network of family offices, institutional investors and private capital sources, Robert has built a reputation for integrity, access, and execution. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Bentley University (Class of 1989), and currently resides in Palm Beach, Florida. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman and vintage car enthusiast.
